We have three different types of classes:


Ninja Class (ages 4-6 and ages 7-10)

  • Strength and conditioning
  • Agility and coordination
  • Floor obstacles
  • Ninja course training (4-6 working on easy side / 7-10 working toward the difficult side)
  • Flips and tricks
  • New Ninja course equipment coming soon


Wakeboard Class (ages 6-10)

  • Flips and tricks
  • Bounceboard work
  • Basics twisting to Flipping
  • Strength and conditioning
  • Trampoline work (with and without the bounceboard


Tumble Class (ages 3-5, ages 6-8, ages 9-11 and ages 12 and up)

  • Kids will learn at their pace and level
  • Spring floor work
  • Tumble track work
  • From basic body awareness to advance flips
